报告摘要:

Optical scanning holography (OSH) is a digital (or electronic) holographic technique. It is a real-time holographic recording technique in which holographic information about a three-dimensional object is acquired using a single two-dimensional active optical heterodyne scan. In this talk, Dr. Poon will first discuss optical scanning theory, which will be followed by the discussion of optical heterodyning. The basics of OSH involving optical scanning and heterodyning are then discussed. Finally, some of the applications of OSH such as in optical holographic microscopy and three-dimensional optical remote sensing will be discussed.
