 原苏联、俄罗斯光学院激光物理研究所固体激光室主任,圣彼得堡信息技术大学教授,长期从事强脉冲激光技术研究。 

 

  报告人简介:  

  1.     Yuji SANO   

     Program Manager, ImPACT (Impulsing Paradigm Change through Disruptive Technologies) under the Cabinet Office, the Government of Japan c/o JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency)  

  Dr. Yuji Sano is a Program Manager (PM) of the ImPACT (Impulsing Paradigm Change through Disruptive Technologies) program under the Council for Science, Technology and Innovation of the Cabinet Office, the Government of Japan. He manages Japanese activities on research and development (R&D) for stable GeV-class electron acceleration with laser wakefield (LWF) technology, ultra-compact X-ray Free Electron Lasers (XFELs) with microundulators and high-power solid-state pulse lasers. Until designated as the PM in 2014, he had served Toshiba Corporation as a research engineer and developed laser application technologies since 1994. From 2008 to 2014, he concurrently served as a Program Officer of Photon Frontier Network supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). He received a Bachelor’s Degree in 1975 in physics, a Master’s Degree in 1977 in nuclear engineering, both from Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in 2002 in engineering from Osaka University. His current interests are in laser, quantum beam, material science and nuclear technologies.  

    

  2.     邹世坤 

     博士,研究员,中国航空工业集团公司一级专家,1990年于北京航空制造工程研究所材料加工学位,获得硕士学位。2013年晋升研究员,2016年在华中科技大学获得机械电子工程专业博士学位。1996年开始激光冲击强化技术研究,先后负责家科技攻关、航空支撑、航空标准预研、基础科研、型号攻关等多项课题,负责并圆满完成两期AATR项目。作为重要技术负责人,完成多项先进航空发动机相关的型号攻关项目,在国内首次实现了整体叶盘的激光冲击强化。先后发表论文50余篇,获批专利十余项。 

  3.     Prof.Serebriakov Victor 

      原苏联、俄罗斯光学院激光物理研究所固体激光室主任,圣彼得堡信息技术大学教授,长期从事强脉冲激光技术研究。
