　　    This talk emphasizes the contributions of electron and neutral dynamics to clean fusion where the products are energetic charged particles.  This represents a completely new approach by not having to heat ions to high energy. Experimental results on fundamental interactions of electrons and neutrals are presented together with theory and computer modeling.
