欧洲专利申请实务介绍

　　主讲人简介： 

　　Ditmar Neumann studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and graduated with the academic degree of Master in Engineering. After being awarded the license to work as a German Patent Attorney in 1991, he was first involved in the management of other patent attorney firms before he played an important part in setting up this firm of patent attorneys. Ditmar Neumann has all necessary licenses to represent clients at the German and European regulators in charge of the protection of industrial property rights. Furthermore he is fluent in Polish. Another field he focuses on is trademark law. 

　　Ms. Dr. Yingkun Brunner gained her Ph.D. degree at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU). She started her career in a well-known German patent law firm in Munich and qualified as European Patent Attorney in 2010. Ms. Dr. Brunner joined the team of KNH Patent Attorneys in 2015. Ms. Dr. Brunner has Experiences in patent proceedings and patent prosecution before the EPO, especially in responding the office action and in opposition proceedings; also experiences in the appeal proceedings before the EPO; further experiences in patent infringement litigation, opinions on the validity and scope of patents, freedom to operate; advice in license agreements; In depth knowledge of Chinese patent system.
