个人简介: 曹逊,男,中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所副研究员,2004年吉林大学获学士学位,2010年毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所,获博士学位,同时作为首位职工加入金平实教授团队,从事氧化钒基节能及敏感器件应用研究。2015年-2016年,先后在美国加州大学伯克利分校、美国劳伦兹国家实验室访问研究,现研究方向为智能光电氧化物纳米材料与器件,节能材料研发等。受邀多次在国际学术会议作邀请报告。迄今已发表论文60余篇,包括以第一或通讯作者在国际著名SCI源期刊Laser &Photonics Rev., J. Mater. Chem. A/C, Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., Sol. Mater. & Sol. Cells., Appl. Phys. Lett. 等发表论文30余篇,申请中国专利20余项,授权5项。担任Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Mater. Chem. C, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等期刊审稿人。先后主持或参加了多项国家和省部级项目,包括国家自然科学基金,国家863项目,军品配套等,主持项目研究经费累计500多万元,参与项目研究经费累计2000多万元。
报告简介: As one of typical metal-insulator-transition (MIT) oxides, vanadium dioxide (VO2) has been widely investigated for many potential applications such as smart windows, sensors, IR uncooled bolometers, and laser protections. Thermochromic window coatings offer some possibilities to achieve energy efficiency in window. In this presentation, I will sort out the urgent problems and critical obstacles which we are facing on the present VO2 research for smart window applications. First, the VO2 films without impurity can be fabricated by different methods including sputtering deposition, sol-gel synthesis, and pulsed laser deposition. Second, it is a big challenge to get a high-quality VO2 films with good performance of proper phase-change transition temperature, high visible luminance transmittance, high solar modulation ratio, as well as good durability at a relative low growth temperature. Third, the mechanism of the MIT in VO2 materials is also very interesting. Realizing control of properties of VO2 by defects modulation is an efficient route for understanding the nature of MIT and developing novel functional devices for practical applications.
