摘要: High-speed real-time imaging technology is a powerful tool for studying and monitoring rapid dynamic physical, chemical and biological phenomena in the field of research and engineering. The novel ultrafast imaging technique will be compared with some current microscopic techniques as well as high-speed imaging techniques. In addition, an edge detection method based on differential detection technique is proposed for high-speed imaging system. The aim is to employ high-speed optical imaging technique for edge detection so as to avoid using complex edge detection algorithm at back-end digital processing. Furthermore, the optical imaging system is used for the application of cell edge detection. According to the knowledge of cell morphology and immunology, the edges of different cells are detected and analyzed. The specific structure of the cells is summarized. The project is to address the scientific problem of edge detection by using optical imaging approach and to contribute to the application of auto high-speed cell detection.

戴博,2009年于香港城市大学获得“荣誉工程学士学位(甲等)”,每学期都入选院长荣誉名单。2013年于英国赫瑞瓦特大学获得哲学博士学位,获得最佳研究奖、博士论文奖、国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2011年至2012年,于日本情报通讯研究机构担任实习研究员,获得实习研究员奖。2013年加入上海理工大学,担任副教授至今。主要从事“高速成像技术、高通量生物检测”的研究。2014年荣获浦江学者、晨光学者称号。作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、长三角科技联合攻关领域项目、上海市教育委员会科研创新项目,并且作为第一参与人完成了中国自然科学基金–英国爱丁堡皇家学会联合项目、苏格兰大学物理联盟工业研究计划项目、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项项目。在近年的研究中,共发表各类研究论文50 余篇,其中SCI论文35篇。 |
